Marketing information specialists GWCM assisted the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority with the design and production of a vast array of skills for growth agreements.
A ground-breaking deal with the government secured a £500m single investment fund to help establish and power improvements to the region's employment, skills, and economic development. Employers should be able to attract and retain a skilled and productive workforce whilst ensuring that individuals are provided with high-quality, responsive education and skills provision to enable them to access, and progress in employment.
The design of the brochures helped to make sense of the information to a wide group of partners and stakeholders in supporting getting more people into work, improving the qualifications and skills of local residents, and broadened work with employers to identify, communicate and respond to skills needs. The information within the skills for growth agreements was underpinned, by sector focussed summary careers materials aimed at residents that we designed also which resulted in positive impacts on employment levels and incomes, and growth in the Liverpool City Region's economy.
