The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) approached us to develop a suitable name, brand identity and signage for a new Government Business Bank.

Initially, our strategic approach involved qualitative research across a range of focus groups. The research helped to shape the brand name and identity that was finally approved at ministerial level. The brand and supporting marketing communications help to draw interest for the programmes and put SME’s in reach of essential finance for growth.

Upon launch the British Business Bank identity was featured in over 30 news sources, including The Guardian, The Telegraph and The Financial Times.
Over 48,000 SME’s are currently benefiting from its programme.

We needed our public health annual report designed in a digital format in a short space of time, to a high standard. Not only did Gavin Willis say they could do the job, they met the deadline to a very high standard. After the initial contact, Gavin and Nina came to meet us the same day presenting some examples of their work and to gain an understanding of what we required.
