Our construction website design expertise once again received plaudits from MA Group, one of the UK’s leading property claims managers. They manage over 200 building contractors, surveyors, specialist contractors, and disaster restoration suppliers, and project manages tens of thousands of claims each year.
MA Group already has an excellent customer service reputation and a wide portfolio of services, but they needed our construction industry marketing expertise to update their website and better reflect the markets they serve. Their desire to become one of the most trusted and respected Integrated property services companies in the UK, meant a rebrand also.
MA Group Property Claims work with some of the largest insurers, loss adjusters, and brokers in the UK such as RSA, Zurich, Hiscox, Direct Line Group, Allianz & AXA. Their national service helps reduce claims management and settlement costs through correct property claims validation and the delivery of quality building repair work.
GWCM was approached to deliver new corporate branding and the group website which was to become the new umbrella for all their brands – Revival, Virtus Validations and MA Assist. The new website improves brand perceptions and greatly improves the overall user experience, resonating with insurers, intermediaries, property owners, and their agents. It better demonstrates their integrated, seamless service that enhances the customer journey and delivers value for money to insurers. The fully responsive site is built in WordPress, which will allow seamless content management for the staff at MA Assist.
