An integral part of Schoolblazer’s new business strategy is to showcase their smart school wear and build upon their business values, a new website was designed to do just that.
GWCM, the retail marketing agency, have worked hard to ensure that Schoolblazer have always had ‘the edge’ when it comes to their brand. However, in an increasingly competitive market, competitive gains and ambitious growth plans meant the new website needed to work harder.
Our brief was to develop a high quality, well designed website that enhances the Schoolblazer brand and reputation and builds upon the most convenient shopping experience for parents. We commissioned photographer Sam Robinson, who has worked with a number of brands such as New Look, Marks & Spencer and Primark to create a series of inspirational, high-end images. Sam produced a series of stunning images for Schoolblazer that positions them in a different league to their competition.
The website uses lots of white space and an asymmetrical layout to help layout elements on the screen making it feel less rigid. It also uses video and a fluid design with micro-interactions to support the brands quality and innovation foundations.
